This forum has some simple rules set in place to make your stay here enjoyable.

1. Search before posting. If you question has already been asked in another thread then please use that thread for your discussion. Duplicate questions will be removed. No cross-posting.

2. No illegal content. Do not post illegal software, software license bypass material, images, information, or any other content that would break the law. Uploading and linking to illegal content are both treated equally and not tolerated.

3. No offensive content. Do not post offensive software, images, text, or any other content that would be considered offensive. This includes swearing, name calling, and so on.

4. Only post if you have something useful to add to a topic. Posting a link without adequate description would also be considered to have no value. Posts containing no value will be removed.

5. Do not harass other forum visitors. Harassment is treated very seriously and not acceptable.

6. Only post images if they add value to your post and always keep your image sizes as small as possible. Large images will be removed.

7. Post in English. If your native language is not English then do your best to post in English. You may also add your native language to the post with an automated translation if and only if you also include your English attempt. Bending this rule will lead to post deletion.

8. Do not use multiple accounts.

9. Commercial content posting is allowed however, be aware that this should be limited to "new" information such as the start of a website or the first time you have told forum members about your business. Do not post multiple items about your products/services. If you want more exposure, contact the game-thing.com team and something can be worked out, likely for free.

10. You account may be terminated for breach of these rules or any other reason seen fit by the moderation team.

11. Do not ask for help with GThing if you do not own a copy. Old versions and modified versions do not work. GThing has been designed to silently malfunction if tampered with.
