Support for KU950 ?

Hi Ryan,

I have recently bought a new LG 950 phone and I noticed (as almost everyone owning LG phones) that I can't simply transfer java programs to the phone. Oh well, I have noticed many other things about this phone for example that JSR-82 (bluetooth) API is not exposed to the JAVA environment, but back to the topic.

I have run GThingTest and it worked until the downloading java game stage where it stopped and the phone lost the connection.

I have the log.htm so if you are interested and you want to see how much effort would be needed to add support to this (quite recent) phone, tell me where should I send the file.

Hi ku950user,

I have had other requests for the KU950 but not yet made a breakthrough on supporting the phone with others at higher priority due to more interest. However, you interest and log could get the phone supported faster.

Send the log.htm to ryan at this website and we can go from there.

Sorry about the delay there. I did get your email but for some reason the attached file was only 27 bytes. I thought it was my mailserver and spent some time looking into it but I think i'll just have to move on.

Try that again if you could. Also include the log.htm file from GThingTest so I can get an idea of what already works and what doesn't

Re sent the zip file. It contains both the log.htm and also a serial chat from LG Phone Manager of a file upload.

Ciao ryan. Ti sarei grato se trovassi il modo per poter trasferire i giochi java sul ku950. So che hai molto da fare con altri tipi di LG, ma se riuscissi a fare qualcosa anche per questo modello te ne sarei eternamente riconosciente. Buona Continuazione
