Free GThing

Once apon a time, GThing was free. A small fee was introduced to ensure that new mobiles could be supported. We would now like to make a free version of GThing again so that the majority of phone users can benefit from being able to install java applications on their phone.

We are using this web page to gauge interest into how popular a free version of GThing would be. If it would be popular enough then we will certainly make it available.

By visiting this web page you have registed your interest in a free version of GThing. Our decision will be made like so: if by September 1st 2006 there have been 200,000 registrations of interest (unique visitors) then we WILL make a free version available. Its as simple as that. Free simple java uploading for everyone. Tell anyone you know who would be interested in a free copy of GThing about this web page. This page will be updated weekly to indicate the interest registered.

The original GThing will remain on a pay-per-phone license system and will include all its usual advanced features such as modifying system files, changing soft key functions, uploading and downloading of images, videos, and audios.
