Most of you are probably aware of junction, the free web application to upload games and applications to your mobile, but we don't think that enough people know about it! We already offer a free upgrade to GThing for anybody that gets 5 other people to use junction but we still want more!

Starting now and continuing to the 1st of June 2007 we will be running a competition where each person you get to use junction will earn you an entry for your chance to win one of the following prizes:

1. A bluetooth dongle
2. A bluetooth dongle
3. A bluetooth handsfree headset
4. A bluetooth handsfree headset

Thats four prizes in total to four winners. The winners will be selected randomly from all entries. Best of all, if you have already got a few people to use junction, then we will count those entries too!

GThing 1.7.5 is nearly ready for release. This version of GThing continues the tradition by adding more mobiles to the supported list as well as a bunch of bug fixes and new features requested by owners

Ever wanted more from GThing? Well I tend to get emails from time to time with people asking for support on a feature that is well outside of how GThing currently works. Seeing that there are some great features that a small number of people would use, it didn't make sense to burden GThing with these added bits. So GThing Gold is being created to provide at lest the following extra features:

• Contact List support
• SMS reading and sending support (full EMS capabilities)
• Email reading, sending, and saving support
• MMS downlod to computer support where the MMS plays almost like it does on your phone
• Download web pages on you PC and save them on your mobile, great for viewing later on.

Not all of these features are finished yet but it looks like most of them will be supported on all the mobiles that GThing supports (excluding GSM mobiles). Look for GThing Gold soon

Do you run Windows Vista? Well if you do we would like to hear from you. I have had a few reports of GThing and junction behaving differently or needing some extra help to work properly. If you have windows Vista then we would like to hear from you regardless of if GThing/junction works or not

jarsite is a free tool that takes a collection of mobile phone games and instanatly turns them into a fully functional website complete with captcha download protection, community comments, and uploads, just add a webserver.
